We arranged to meet family at this cafe as it is a special place for one of the children in our group. Once we arrived cousins were all greeting each other. As we went to sit down, a VERY rude staff member came straight over to us and told us that if we were to stay at the cafe, our kids would need to be quiet!!! I was flabbergasted, we had literally just arrived and the kids were only greeting each other. They weren't shouting, they weren't making anymore noise than another child. When we said that to her, even the staff behind the counter and people sitting around us looked absolutely shocked. We are a very respectful family and would Never allow our children to act up and make too much noise. If you have children, I would avoid this establishment at ALL costs. Humiliating and horrible experience. Should be renamed the miserable cafe!

Found this cafe by accident and loved it, the cafe area was clean and tidy, nothing was too much trouble for the lovely lady that served us and food was delicious,

Was heading to Henley today by train as had an appointment at the hospital. I looked for a place that was on the way and found this caf which is at the top of M&Co. which means that its lovely and quiet. Its a hot spring day and Henley is heaving with people and Ive found a cafe with hardly any customers! I had a jacket potato with cheese, I would have had more toppings but it was 6.95 just with cheese and the other prices were 1 or more than this. Really lovely salad potato was nice but couldnt cut through the bottom part as too tough. Service with a smile! I was waiting for my lunch and one of the women working here went around and checked everyone was satisfied, such a nice addition that you dont usually get in small cafes.
