I have just had my first secret dining experience with Silent Customer and have only the positive things to say. The whole process was very professional and well organised. I was also very impressed to receive a detailed review from the Silent Customer team of my report so quickly. I was a little nervous how my first assignment would go but everything was explained in great detail and I have completed the task with no issues whatsoever. I look forward to doing it again.

I recently became a 'Silent Customer' and was given the opportunity to complete my first assignment a few days ago. Although initially a little nervous, I soon relaxed and enjoyed the experience. The company gave me clear suggestions of the things I needed to look out for, both before the visit and whilst at the venue. Although completion of the feedback form was easy, I did have a query about uploading my photographs - a rapid resonse to my email from the team soon set me straight. I received my feedback and grading within 24 hours after submission and look forward to receiving more assignments in the near future.

I'm really impressed with this company, and their excellent organisation and communication especially as I've done mystery shops for other companies and found their brief was less clear and their feedback less prompt and helpful. I enjoy trying places I might not usually visit, reading the brief and then making my assessment. It's fun being a Silent Customer.
