        Really good branch with some great members of staff, have to mention Anna in particular though as shes exceptional. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and fast, and brilliant customer service time after time, shes always happy to go the extra mile to help her customers and everyone I know thinks the same.         Really glad to be banking with nationwide and were so lucky to have Anna working there. She is always so much help and nothing is ever too much trouble. Especially during the pandemic, her knowledge and willingness to help have been more appreciated than ever. Never relocate her, always keep her here please!! :)

        Very nice branch to go to,Anna always gives exceptional customer service, always goes the extra mile and is always incredibly helpful which is just what you need, especially in a bank/building society so full credit to Anna, I hope this is noted and forwarded on because she deserves credit for this and all other customers she helps
