Overpriced and Slow. After relocating to the local area henley cycles looks like exactly what you want in a bike shop - thats where it stops! I put in my bike for a routine service 3 days before a long weekend, after discussing with the guys they saw no problem with getting it back to me ready to roll all weekend long.. I understand that sometimes a service flags other issues that need to be addressed but what Henley Cycles left me with was an absolute joke. Putting aside the fact I didnt receive my bike until a week and a half later - yep first promise broken. The price went from an already high price for a service (Henley tax) to three times as much! With no option given to me on any of these parts that were as the guys in the shop will always tell you are essential. Not even a courtesy call, after I was very clear that I wanted to speak with them before going ahead on any work. I had to call them to get updates- not promising or professional in my opinion, each call being met with a courier being late and extra parts have been ordered without my knowledge - excellent! $$$ I was really hoping this shop would be able to be my go to with any cycle needs but instead I will be giving them no further business or time. After trying to search through google reviews I could not find 1 bad review which is suspect or maybe because I am foreign they assumed I wasnt local hence why they jammed the price up and got their moneys worth thinking it was a one time only service. Either way keep that in mind when you think about using this business. Wont return, dont recommend. Steer clear.

Henley cycles has been absolutely amazing, with friendly knowledgeable staff. I needed a bike setting up and some adjustments - the team were brilliant helped me with hints and tips on maintenance showed me how to break a chain and didnt make feel daft when I returned flummoxed about how my quick release wheel worked. Super fast same day, (actually within just an hour) for workshop services. Highly recommend the team whether youre new to cycling, or a seasoned pro!

Came in today with a snapped gear cable halfway into a ride. Bike was fixed very promptly and they looked after my partners bike too while we went for a coffee to wait. Very friendly and bike was spotless upon return (even though we were about to head back out into the rain, amazing service!) and is working perfectly again. Thank you!

Total kudos to Gary for opening up his shop on a Sunday just to help me out... I was stranded in Henley with a double puncture and one tube too few, and he not only gave me a new tube to fix the flat and give me spare for the ride home, he also REFUSED PAYMENT!!! What an absolute star... totally recommend him and his shop (and by the way, his workshop is the cleanest and most organised I've ever seen...)
