It seems all about the money with this company. They are good at design but very poor with customer service. It was so poor and frustrating, causing long delays, we ended up walking away from them and starting with another company before they finished delivering what we paid for. Taking 4 weeks to reply to emails and calls etc. Perhaps our project was too big and they are only good at small renovations. We will never use them again, nor would be recommend.

An extremely helpful and knowledgeable team with a friendly approach. Enhanced our ideas with suggestions we had not imagined and we were very pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend them for your extension.

I was and am not impressed Im afraid. It was as if my ideas were not even listened to in the design phase and I pretty much re-designed it all myself. When it came to planning permission the council wanted amendments and this is where this company essentially disappeared and Ive not heard back from them since despite multiple phone calls and emails. Appalling what a waste of time and money as I now have to start all again at great expense elsewhere. Dont recommend.
