        Tom managed to obtain planning for our extension when I was unsure we could and was very detailed in his planning application with very good supporting evidence.During the build he was very responsive and proactive in correcting any issues that came up and has provided great advice and support throughout the build, he has been very quick with updated drawings for contractors and has always done everything with a smile. We are now working together on another project.
