As I am working in Henley I decided to have lunch from Seaspray Chip shop. I only had the southern fried chicken and chips in a box. The food was ok but all of the staff are either really mourning the loss of a loved one or are just plain arrogant and rude . There was zero customer service quality, no manners, not even a smile! Come on seaspray sort your staff out and i guarantee youll start making money and create a happier working environment.

Went for fish & chips first time for years, the 2 men were extremely ignorant zero customer service skills, someone needs to show them how to smile. Felt uncomfortable and not welcome, food was cold chips were like they had been there all day, we will not be going back!!
