Matt is a great physio. Always can get an appointment that's convenient. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I can always tell I have been, as feel so much better afterwards.

I had my first ever physio session today with Matt at Henham and he was amazing! Really friendly, very knowledgeable, very professional so much so that I will be returning again next week before my marathon. I came out feeling a lot much better today and was also given some great tips to keeping my body as injury free as possible! Can't recommend him enough and the value for money is excellent.

Recovering from a irritated meniscus, which is such a relief! Thank you so much for all of your time and support since my knee injury in November 2021. I turned up at the centre in severe pain and frustrated with not being able to access my normal daily life. Matthew, the physio who saw me is approachable and knowledgeable and I really appreciated all of his help in regards to getting me back on my feet again (literally). I would recommend Matthew and if I was to need physio support again in the future, would not need to think twice in regards to returning to him for injury rehab. Thank you for all your support!
