Mark Betts Bathrooms

MarK Betts and his team have recently remodeled 2 bathrooms from head to toe. He also refurbished an on-suite bedroom and dressing room. Mark quickly understood what we wanted and with his knowledge and experience we quickly agreed on all points. We established budgets, which Mark totally kept to. Mark striped out the existing rooms and cleanly had all rubbish taken away by licensed collectors. Mark and his men started on time and minimized any disruption. We are totally delighted with the result. All works, fixings and finishes are perfect and Marks experience and skills have delivered a perfect job, on time, on budget with minimum fuss or disruption. It has been my pleasure to have Mark remodel and totally refit my bathroom. His advice, attention to detail, reliability and punctuality have been outstanding throughout. He is very polite and professional and leaves the place clean and tidy. He has advised on the layout and the materials and products to use, and overcome a few unexpected hurdles along the way, ultimately delivering what is well beyond my expectations. Mark previously fitted a new bathroom and en-suite for my Dad. He did such a superb job that when my en-suite needed doing I only wanted Mark to do it. The quality of workmanship from both Mark and Gary was excellent. Our en-suite is now so fancy that my wife has banned me from using it!!! Once the en-suite was stripped, Mark came up with a great way of changing the layout to maximise space and enable me to have a bigger shower tray. The tiles Mark recommended look beautiful. The whole process was completely painless and very quick. The level of disruption was minimal and the workspace was always left tidy after each day. The service from start to finish was all you could hope for. They are booked in to do my main bathroom. Thank you Mark & Gary.
