To be fair things were going well for nearly 10 years. Unfortunately we were recently let down badly when our website ceased to function correctly and we received no help (no bookings or contact forms received from browsers other than Chrome). It would be bad for business at any time, let alone during Covid. It took 6 weeks to get any response to my email (their telephone number doesn't work); then we received an email stating Dreamshock was moving away from doing websites! They eventually offered to put one of their new guys on the case but this was obviously far too late.
