From the first email enquiry to the completed booking I have to say the whole process was handled very competently. I felt very safe with Strafford handling my booking for a motorhome hire with collection in Henfield, communications were just great with this company, I had to make a small alteration to my booking and this was completed with no problem, I expected to have to pay for the alterations to my booking but Strafford were able to negotiate the amendment for me. This company should be your very first stop when looking to book any of the services they offer My motorhome was rented from Charlie who also made the check out and check in of the motorhome very easy ,we had a 5 week old new motorhome it ran perfectly we had one small problem which turned out to be user error they sorted this out for us very easily with one phone call. Hats off to Strafford I will be back again.

Excellent motorhome hire company. The staff are friendly, professional and made sure all the information I needed for the hire was clearly explained. The motorhome was spotlessly clean and a pleasure to drive. I will be returning for another hire next summer.
