I'm afraid I have to differ with the existing Google reviews shown here. Indeed I have to wonder exactly what was the scope of work these happy reviewers experienced. Although I clearly described the gear engagement issue on my ZZR, and provided Boretech with the official Kawasaki workshop manual, after 2 months of assessment, during which time no more than a chain and sprockets replacement was completed, (hardware supplied by myself), the final prognosis was that this job was beyond them, and they declined to proceed any further What was most concerning though, was their admission that on the back of some discussions they had with 'wise counsel' and other customers, they decided not to even open up the external gear change mechanism as initially agreed but preferred to take as irrefutable, the notion that a Kawasaki ZZR with only 21k miles, had managed to destroy its gears and shift forks, this being totally contrary to the broad experience of the UK body of Kawasaki ZZR owners!!!
