We instructed Richwards to sell my grandparents bungalow and at the time of the valuation I was concerned as to whether we needed to do any work to the property to add to its saleability, but they advised me that it should be perfectly saleable as it was. I am delighted to say that they were right. Within a total of 7 weeks from start to finish, they found me an able buyer, progressed the sale, and got the money into the bank for us. We cant thank the team highly enough for their incredibly professional conduct. No stress, regular telephone and email updates and the job was done. Richwards is a class act in an industry that takes a considerable amount of flak, usually for failing their clients. Well done and thank you for being different! Carl

Completed the on line form and followed up with an e-mail requesting a visit. That was nearly 3 weeks ago. No response from them at all. Why have on-line forms and e-mail addresses if you're going to ignore them?!
