First time using PCC, and have to say the guys there are simply brilliant. You can just feel they are enthusiasts, extremely knowledgeable, and most of all passionate about everything they do. From the start of requesting info on items to order (Wilbers rear shock for one - which I wholeheartedly recommend btw) through to advise given and great communication in the lead up, and then their approach on the day (start to finish). The only trouble now is, I have the bug in looking what else can be done to my R9T, in their very specialist hands. A huge thank you

Had a Wilber shock absorber fitted to my RnineT scrambler. Great service by Rory. The shock makes a huge difference to the bike. Handling and ride comfort. Highly recommend 06 04 23 Back at PCC today with my scrambler. New bigger workshop. Fantastic service from Rory and Stu. Bike is now how I want it. Good banter. Great business. Highly recommend.

Having finally found a bike that I truly enjoy riding (after years of buy the wrong bikes) I decided on the r nine t that I thought was perfect. Stu and Rory were recommended by a BMW dealership, what a revelation! Friendly and professional advice and amazing knowledge of their trade. My bike was transformed bit by bit and each modification was thoroughly explained as to what effect it would have on the ride. So, Unit Garage full exhaust system, Wilbers shock didnt need the expensive ones for my style of riding, air box removal, Rapid fuelling system, as recommended in their videos and the bike is sublime. The guys are riders and they recommend mods for your riding style, really approachable and a good laugh. If you own a R nine t please do yourself a favour and check them out, you will be amazed.
