Chocolates arrived pretty quick. But I have two complaints: 1.When ordering online, it wasn't clear how much the shipping was going to cost. I was using my mobile to make the purchase and assumed it would show me at some point before I confirmed payment. When I came to agree payment, I still didn't know, so I assumed it was free. Silly me! It was only after I had paid that I found out it was over 6 in shipping! 2.The relatively small packet of chocolates was packed in a unnecessarily large cardboard box, surrounded by lots and lots of paper packaging.
