Mel and the Henfield team at CT Radmall did a fine job in looking after the funeral of our dear family member Barry Anscombe. It was a complex affair, to say the least, with a number of hurdles placed in the way, however, the team got on with it and did a professional job. Our thanks go to Peter and Lucy who initially dealt with the family requests. Our special thanks go to Mel Watson who was our main point of contact for the more detailed arrangements and for the funeral on the day. We are all very grateful for your efforts and kindness. A huge and heartfelt thank you to Radmall's and the team, a very special thanks to Jo, who guided us through proceedings in such a friendly, caring and professional way. Jo you were amazing x Also a special thank you to Lucy and the team in looking after mum and adding a very personal touch to the service. Radmall's have taken care of Mum and Dad for us and they made everything feel just right. Thank you from Martin, Trevor & Peter and all the family.

After my aunt's funeral I asked Radmalls to arrange for her ashes to be interred in the family plot at Henfield. It took them 3 months to arrange it. I was not asked about puting her ashes in a casket and when I collected them from Henfield I was given a cardboard box. At the cemetery I found that the ashes were just in a paper bag, but far worse as the hole for the internment had been dug in the wrong grave. A terrible experience.
