Thank God I do not have to see these people 'lurking' around our building, and we managed to get rid of them and their tricks - I wish I wrote the review earlier when I was subjected to the rudeness and abuse of one little man called H Weinstein who is very very audacious, arrogant and nasty, extremely rude, unpleasant, always shouting and bullying people 'he does not need' - forgetting he gets his money out of every single person living in the building managed by this crooked 'property management company'. Companies like this should not exist in our society or people like this little guy with his deluded pretences and schemes.

Awful company run by 2 guys with one of them, H Weinstein more active than the other hence coming across as extremely rude, un-professional, always shouting and behaving as if 'I know better than you' and acting according to what suits him or his interests. I have never encountered a person like him in a professional environment in our society - makes me sick only thinking about his attitude.

We've had this manipulative management company manage our block in Maida Vale for a few years, the company consists of 2 guys Howard and Robert who basically stole the couple of blocks they manage from the previous company they used to work for and collude with the one contact they have on the board of directors in each block. Fortunately, I was on the board in our block and managed to get rid of them before they got a foothold. They also have an addition to the company a clueless girl who has no idea of how to manage the simplest of tasks and confuses herself as much as everybody else. If you are considering hiring this company come to Florence court in Maida Vale and I will gladly show you a list of complaints made against them to the various governing bodies for negligence which they have repeatedly lost.
