I would certainly not recommend the Grange care home in Northolt. My mother is certainly not happy there and she has not been fully looked after. Her food is always cold and not cooked well. Her personal hygiene is not catered for and her mental health during covid has dropped considerably

Terrible communication. Never answer their phone to arrange visits, I have to constantly email to get someone to call me back. There does not appear to be enough staff for the amount of residents. Need to re-think their visiting system and answer the phone.
