Had such a great experience renting from Laports. Joseph and Beata were so helpful with setting everything up for me and were always around to help me with anything I needed during my time at the flat. I couldnt have asked for better people to help me find a place to live and will always be thankful to them for all the support and guidance they gave to me during my time living there.

We've stayed in the flat managed by Laports for a year. The agents (Joseph and Beata) were always friendly and responsive and helped us to organise smooth check in and check out.

The worst letting agency I even had to deal with. Be careful when renting properties through them. I was a tenant in one of the flats for over a year, which they were managing. They havent done much management and instead made me do all of the management myself (any issues, I had to contact relevant parties to deal with those myself and had to do most of the chasing myself). I couldnt contact the landlords directly nor I was provided with any of their details. Prior renting the flat the agent advised that water bills are included in rent. After leaving the property I was chased by debt collectors agency for the water bills unpaid. I have forwarded all of the emails to this letting agency and they have ignored them and have not dealt with unpaid bills. I have ended up paying for the unpaid water charges as the provider (Affinity Water) have imposed an unsigned/assumed agreement, meaning if you are living in the property, you are deemed to pay for all of the utilities. I have rented many properties in London before and after this agency, never have I had so much grief for renting a property. Please do be careful by all means. Check your contract in detail and have all of the agreements logged in writing (not messages, but emails). Even I had an email from agent confirming that water charges are included and I ended up paying all of the charges myself. Make sure the agreement is logged on your tenancy contract and is signed by the landlord (do not rely on the agency).

We have had a great experience purchasing our house with Laports. Despite this being a very stressful time for us, Joseph and his team made it feel easy. We found them to be very friendly, professional and very accommodating. During the purchase they kept in good communication with us and assisted in keeping the process moving.
