UPDATE 11/8/2022 Still no response from the vendor. 20,000 views of my crooked shirt on Google though.hopefully many of them have avoided being ripped off by this company. UPDATE: 9/14/2022 Still not resolved. 10,000 views on Google Reviews though . . . so that's a good thing. Hopefully that's 10,000 potential customers who thought twice before getting burned like I did, UPDATE: 8/3/2022 Still not resolved . . . just a bunch of empty promises. Please see attached correspondence with the owner. Buyer beware. You may get a quality item, but if you don't . . . good luck getting a resolution. Terrible Experience - so disappointed. My ordered item arrived on time as promised, but the transfer print on the shirt was noticeably crooked and off center. I reached out to BHB through Etsy and communicated with Marie Jenny, who agreed that it was a poor example of the company's product and would promptly send me a replacement. It has been over 3 weeks and I haven't received the replacement t-shirt, nor a reply to any of the follow-up emails I have sent.

What a lovely online shopping experience! I had my heart set on finding a licensed Harry Potter brand hoodie, and they shipped my order the very next day. Today my order arrived, and I was so happy to see the little extra gifts; a ceramic magnet featuring Parliament along with 3 postcards from London. My mom and I had ancestors from London and we've always wanted to visit. It's the little extras that truly made us smile. We sincerely appreciate the wonderful customer service
