        Don't rent anything off this guy. The houses he runs are not very nice and he makes up lies in order to not give your deposit back. Also he doesn't care who he rents to so you may end up living with some unsavoury characters.

        Used Lane Residential for a few years now, largely becuase I want hassle taken away from me. Steve does a great job. He understands the property business. He deals with letting issues swiftly and pragmatically. The people he procucres to do jobs are very reasonably priced. He is honest and responsive. Been very happy with the service I have received and wound not hesitate to recommend.
