We had quite a few items short which isnt good, classic example no Minced Beef? and no Large Chola no Chicken Schnitzels, we werent happy at all.

So, products excellent, delivery time and state of products on arrival excellent, but navigating the order site a tad more difficult, leading to several attempts, one of which might have led me to not inputting the promotional code which would have meant no transit charge. Despite attempts to ask them to honour the promotional code, the heap of emails have been unanswered, apart from one asking for the promotional code, and a another saying I could use it next time round ...... not sure there will be a next time.

Extremely disappointed, I wish I read the reviews before ordering as the negative reviews are spot on. Delivery arrived on time, no issues. Items were missing and some were substituted. Money was taken at time of ordering and not after it was packed up and delivered which meant I have paid for different items, missing items and items that need to be weight and for some I paid more. I emailed customer services and received a standard reply, I am still waiting for my refund !!!! I did not receive and invoice or an email stating that there are missing items etc. Please read the reviews before considering this company for deliver. Its a shame as due to our locality this was perfect as they delivered and they had a good selection. Now I need to find somewhere else as I cannot cope with the stress of this company. If you are reading this and care about your customers, please can I have my refund!!!!
