iheart Principles Limited

I've just completed the iheart facilitator training. It's difficult to sum up the feeling of taking part in this course. I met a great group of people, cried alot, learnt alot about myself and others and my mind is now less 'busy. I'm looking forward to bringing the understanding I've seen and the curriculum to young people starting with my own boys. If you're on the fence about taking this course please know you will never regret it. It's something all humans should know and the potential for real change is huge. The staff teaching this course are knowledgeable. The course is easily accessible as it's online. Truly amazing course!

Integrity lies at the heart of this organisation! The learning continues unfolding long after the course is completed. These concepts are so simple yet their effect is deeply profound. Having a roadmap to our psychological system is invaluable to me in all areas of my life - as a mother, a partner, a coach, an artist, a friend - and I have felt the impact of my new perspective already, negotiating difficult situations with less judgment and more curiosity. Sharing this knowledge with young people is imperative as everyone deserves to hear at least once in their lives that they are not broken or deficient, that they truly have everything they need inside of them.
