Hi I recomend this person constantly to repair appliances Had very positive feedback Ppl were going to throw away there appliances but I told them it's worth just checking and he repaired most of them Been using for about 5 years and very happy Thanks for the service

Our mistake fot buying from this place. Bought a second hand washing machine, brought it home, realised it was faulty, took it back for an exchange or refund, rude guy, horrible attitude, said come back in 6 days when owner comes back from holiday. Went back few days ago, talked to the owner, refused to give us a refund as in the meantime we bought a new washing machine as we can not stay without one for a week. Very rude guy also. I called Customer help line went online at Citizens Advise website, we were instructed on how to proceed because the law says we are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase for a faulty item. Talked to the owner again told him that we will do that we've been advised to do, he thinks that he is allowed to refuse the refund. He is wrong and we will prove it to him. It is a big waste of time, but it has to be done. PLEASE BE CAREFULL WHEN BUYING FROM THIS SHOP. Hope it was helpfull
