Ask yourself if you really want to rent from this agency: 1. In 2018 the agency pleaded guilty to failing without a proper license. 2. Same time agency was prosecuted after complaints about overcrowding and anti-social behaviour at the property 3. Between 2020-2021 they report to HMRC to make no profit, while still charging tenants as normal. They don't mind about government, they wouldn't care about tenants either.

We were pleasantly surprised with the team at M Dream Property. They have been extremely responsive and made the entire process simple and easy. We would recommend them to anyone looking to rent.

The worst agency I have ever dealt with! They re-housed a violent and unstable individual from one property to another property which accommodates working professionals. After multiple violent altercations initiated by the individual, nothing was done to address it. The agency showed no interest in the safety of the other residents, even becoming irritated when we called for an update on the situation. This has resulted in 4 other residents looking for accommodation elsewhere. This person still resides in the flat even after being arrested by police for an extremely serious incident. I am sure they are spamming these reviews with fake accounts. I have never spoken to any tenant that has had a good experience. Even after the terrible tenancy period they tried to pressure me into signing a new tenancy, giving me only 24 hours to think about the price increase. The fact I had paid my rent for that month and had over 20 days until the next payment was due did not seem to matter? The tenancy team/ management are the rudest, most condescending people I have ever spoken to. I hated every minute i was there
