The Indian woman and man are really rude in the shop, I dont understand why they wont hire a nice young lovely person instead of these grumpy old people. Always shouting at customers .

The Brent Street branch used to be lovely until a year ago. It was friendly, a sweet girl called Yasemine was a delight, the atmosphere was happy and the clothes extremely good value and in great condition. Since then it has gone down hill fast. The people running it are non-communicative and unhelpful. I don't know who selects the clothes they sell but these days they are overpriced and of cheap quality - mostly clothes from Primark, Boohoo and the like - all of which are marked up at a price which is almost equivalent to when they were new and in fashion. I went there the other day just to see if it had improved....sadly the same story. The changing room and area around it was sky-high in black sacks probably full of lovely clothes which they can't be bothered to sort out but just send off to another branch. Perhaps they only choose clothes which they like - they have no taste whatsoever and have no idea how the people in this area dress. I shall now go to the other two branches in Golders Green Road which are far, far better and where the assistants are pleasant and the clothes are of a far better quality and price.
