My wife and I were interested in viewing some rental properties that Sole had listed on Zoopla/Rightmove/their own website. I called their office at around 11:00am on a Friday and nobody picked up. I messaged them via Whatsapp (found on their website). My message was read, but nobody responded. Finally, we figured we might as well go to their office as we live nearby. Upon entering it was empty and it took about a minute for a man to emerge from the back. He was very aloof and clearly didn't want to have to deal with us. When asked if we could set up some viewings, he told the blatant lie that "Everything is gone." I pressed him further - everything on their website had been let? Yes. Everything in the window? Yes. Gone. "So why are the listings still up?" I asked. Apparently the boss is on vacation and hasn't had the chance to change it yet. A professional service would have taken our details and offered to reach out to us if anything suitable became available. But this is not a professional service. They are terrible at getting in touch and they lie to potential customers for unknown reasons. I'd advise people to look elsewhere when needing rental/property management services. Terrible experience.
