I absolutely love this salon. Kelly makes you feel so comfortable & relaxed. Absolutely, love talking to her when ever I go in there. Terry is such an amazing hair stylist, I would recommend him to anyone who is deliberating a new style. I was there this evening & I am so happy with my new look. A clean and modern salon that is conveniently located just 15 min walk from Hendon Central station. I was greeted by the friendly Kelly and offered a range of tea as soon as I settled down at the salon. Probably cause I was there for a cut and colour which was a 3 hours long appointment, I was the only one at the salon and the stylist Terry really got to take his time finding out my preferences and explaining to me all the colour options. He is very knowledgeable about hair care and chatty which kept me entertained throughout the long appointment. Very satisfied with the colouring and the stylist gave me a very nice and layered cut which hopefully last till my next salon appointment. This is actually not my usual salon nor close to where I live, but thought to give this a go after my friend recommended this as a newly start-up hk salon and Im definitely coming back here again for the great customer services!
