New halal chicken shop on Brent Street. Obviously newly fitted out restaurant. Greeted by a thoroughly unpleasant and overpowering incense stick as you enter, not appropriate and not nice for eating in. Flickering uv lighting in the ceiling could trigger a seizure. The chicken fillet burger is not a breast fillet as shown in the picture, it is a frozen chicken burger in a pear shape. There is a Giant Chicken Fillet Burger, which is basically a normal chicken breast fillet on a huge bun, lettuce and some unpleasant spicy sauce. Payment is taken through a small device linked to a mobile phone. USB charging sockets on the wall at table height. The fries come pre-salted. I was excited to have a new chicken shop on Brent Street, but disappointed with it. There are several much better options nearby. A long time after my review, the restaurant has replied to it, calling me a fake customer, rather than addressing the very real problems. I was a real customer. The fake customers are all the ones with one review. Customers will make up their own minds if they make the mistake of visiting here.

Used to have a great menu - now its chicken and burgers- we opted to eat in- ( as we were here) no cutlery - no plates- food was served on grease proof paper on a plastic tray .. food was nice though- freshly cooked .. If you want chicken or burgers- this is the place to be for sure

Found a long blonde hair cooked into my chicken wings (literally in the batter) buuut the shop workers are short haired brunette men? My hair is black. The chicken was not nice, very bland and when I found a long hair it was thrown straight in the bin!! Something weird going on here...
