Now that the surgery is going to close, I would like to submit my recent experience with them, which is also my 2nd experience with them. I called two weeks ago and asked for an appointment urgently. They referred me to Walk-in or A&E. I went to Walk-in centre, and they gave me pain-killer. They also said if it doesn't get any better in a week, I should call the GP and ask for a referral to the hospital. I called the GP again, after 10 days, as the pain is still there in my body. They said as the GP is going to close in 34 days, they cannot refer any patient to the hospital. They gave me no appointments. So here I am all in pain, whilst the GP has not offer to me any solutions. What an end to the story of this GP surgery, as they are getting closed.

I have been with this surgery for two decades mainly because there was a short waiting time in the past. Now I have to wait for an appointment over the phone for at least a week. I asked for a full blood test for a regular annual check up. They sent me a very simple blood test instead. I was told it is not possible do get full blood test. My fiancee who registered with another surgery managed to get a full, detailed blood test over the phone in 5 minutes. She was sent the link by txt message while me had to go to the surgery in person to pick up the form. They seem to live in the 19th century. They became possible the worst GP practice in the area. Wouldnt recommed anybody to join!!!

One of the worst surgery , they booked my appointment with physio and when i went on the appointment day i was not there in the list.

The service is very bad and there is a veiled woman at the reception. She has very bad morals and does not speak respectfully.
