After a particularly bad experience elsewhere which really impacted my trust in dentists, Sweetsmile has both restored my smile and my confidence. Dentist Natasha Feingold explained every step of the procedure along the way and also has great attention to detail. Really pleased with the result.

Horrible people!!! My cousin went for a canal treatment, wasnt successful and called several times back to them for consultation and they was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful! They didnt booked another appointment or checking her, when she looked bad and in pain! Very rude receptionist (Meriam)! Very poor service

Sweetsmile has been my dentist for just over three years and I couldnt be more pleased I decided to go there. I have had a number of treatments from a general clean and polish all the way through to Invisalign braces, refinements and whitening. My teeth were in poor condition with many years of neglect but I am so happy with them now and people regularly compliment my smile. I have genuine appreciation for both Dr Toledano and Dr Feingold and together they have given me better care than I could have imagined in terms of dentistry. I would recommend Dr Feingold for patients who fear the dentist or small children and have to say she was brilliant with my 86 year old grandmother very recently. I also referred my brother who is really happy with his treatment and the care plan they put together for him. Definitely book a consultation with Dr Toledano if your teeth are in a bad way. The cost of treatments is not an issue for me, not because I am made of money (I am not) but because the overall care I receive is priceless in my opinion. I do believe there are multiple payment options depending on your treatment plan. Also Miriam at reception is super efficient and always emails me the week before my appointment and usually calls me a few days before so I never forget. The interior decor is a Nordic industrial farmhouse vibe (if thats something youre interested in) and they do evening and weekend appointments.

Horrible patients service! They did to me the 1st session of root canal treatment of my 2nd molar tooth. The treatment didn't go well and I have complication. The owner - receptionist Mariam was very rude and unhelpful. I was begging them to arrange me appointment because I am in enormous pain and they didn't because they are fully booked. It is urgent because I am in a lot of pain. Me as a patient I am still in pain and they didn't help me at all to book any appointment and to fix what they did wrong. The doctor was very slow for the first session it took her 2,5hours. I wouldn't recommend at all don't do the same mistake.
