Was sold new phone for reasonable price after hearing about a couple of other options. Unfortunately, guy was not keen to help me with follow-up queries and difficulties the next day, telling me to research it myself (even with an hour left until closing time). Will find somewhere else to help. Edit: realised too late that I was encouraged to buy the "reasonably" priced phone as it was an old and unpopular model he likely wanted to be rid of (A03 core). The other options I was vaguely discouraged from buying would have been more suitable. Generally unhelpful and lacklustre service. I have since purchased a better model elsewhere.
