Absolutely brilliant! This is the second time Oriental Rug Services has helped us! Both times carpets came back looking as new. One carpet was particularly badly stained, but they persisted until more than 80% of the stains were out. I was kept informed about the progress through it all. Splendid. They picked up the ancient Turkmenistan rug that had been in a trunk since 1950. Previously owned by mad relatives with a fleet of Pekingese who were liberal with their marking of territory (the Pekingese that is). Took it away and a week later returned this unrecognisable bright thing that is most desirable and soft and lovely. Where is the smell? Gorn! Great service door to door. Highly recommended.

Second time weve used this Company,excellent service both times. Collected our rug cleaned it and returned it in pristine condition, even told us the area in Iran the rug was made on their first visit..

So impressed with this service! I inherited a Persian rug from my grandmother and over the years it had become almost grey with dirt. Oriental Rug Services collected the rug from my house, cleaned it beautifully and returned it promptly. The rug has been restored to the beautiful jewel colours I remember it had when I was a child. I would highly recommendd this business.
