ONE OF THE BEST!! Within days of buying my Ford Focus, I had to take it back to get a FREE MOT. The car was cleaned, a new tyre was put on and they have also been kind enough to give me 1 month gurantee FREE labour and mechnical parts. There is nowhere else you can get this type of customer service. Thank You guys.

Wish I'd of read more reviews before buying a car from this dealership. Check engine light shown since buying the car and they are refusing to pay for the repair costs for the faulty car sold, allowed 14 days for a response regarding this just received a text claiming they got the wrong number. This company breached GDPA and was threatening once the issue was raised. Please avoid they obviously believe they are above the consumer law.

I have only left 1 star because there was no option to leave 0 stars. Really disappointed after having spent over 23,000 on a car to find that we had been sold a faulty car the timing chain had gone on the car which has now resulted in a 3,500 bill. I cant believe in this day and age that we still have people/businesses not wanting returning custom. I have never left a review of any sort not even when weve had a bad holiday/meal/service anything- you take the bad with the good, but after the experience that Ive had wouldnt wish it upon anyone so therefore leaving this review.
