Jack at this store is simply Amazing! He fixed my bike in a matter of minutes. Its hard to find professional, honest and expert mechanics who know what theyre doing - Jack is all of that. Thank you Jack. Highly recommend this store for new bikes and bike servicing.

The online team (Jordan, Michelle, Frankie, Katarina and Leonie) are the worst Ive ever experienced. Took more than 3 months to deliver my bike and 50+ emails. Each email had completely contradicting info. Drove me mad. Had through ride to work, so they had me trapped. Eventually got my bike for winter - so hardly even used it. Was even threatened by a manager. When I eventually got the bike, I realised it was knocked half price - so I couldve bought it cash half the price rather than through ride to work. The worst customer service Ive ever encountered. You can tell Sports Direct owns them now. Never want to even hear the words Evans Cycles - quite literally a traumatising experience.

Took a trip to this shop today because a plastic bag got stuck in the chain and rear derailleur. Not only did they remove it, they serviced and indexed the gears. I was told they were set up. It explains why the chain keeps coming off. Despite only two people working on a Saturday they did a great job. Shaun and Lincoln both were knowledgeable about mechanical aspects of bikes etc and even bike tech. The ride home was better than the ride out. Very friendly staff and even though when they get busy they treat everyone respectfully.
