Purchased a J225 from here, brilliant service from Emma an jen from the moment we went to the showroom! Delivery and install were excellent by the fitting guys. Absolute love Jacuzzi tub, quality is lovely, would definitely recommend

If I could give a minus star I would. Purchased a 7k+ Jacuzzi over Christmas which has an indefinite warranty. Called Jacuzzi as out hot tub broke over the bank holiday - lights go red and a heating sensor warning, requesting an engineer come to round to fix and was told an engineer wouldn't be available for 2 weeks. That's 2 weeks without use of our hottub. Then on the day the engineer was supposed to come out we didn't receive any calls or updates on the appointment, When we called to check when he would arrive we we're told that we are on his list and he has all parts required, then no one showed up all day with no notification why. We then called today to ask why and rebook and we were given a pathetic excuse about the engineers van being in the garage and told it would be another 19 days before anyone could come out to us, meaning another 10 days without use. Disgusting service.

Right from the initial enquiry when we walked into the sales area at Webbs Garden Centre, its been a pleasure dealing with Jacuzzi Worcestershire. The customer service from the sales centre was friendly, helpful and certainly no way pushy which made dealing with them incredibly easy. Our order was placed and we were then kept updated with delivery timescales etc. On the day of installation, the engineers were extremely friendly and had the hot tub ready within a couple of hours. We are so pleased with our purchase and are using it everyday. We would certainly recommend purchasing from Jacuzzi. We were initially looking at buying a cheaper inflatable hub but are certainly very pleased we decided to pay extra to purchase our J-225.
