I have been try to contact the Hemsworth branch of Tesco Pharmacy for 2 days solid now by telephone. They made an error, yet again with my repeat prescription and didn't give me everything on my prescription. I have made over 50 telephone calls, all ring out and no one answers them, ever!! Having been in store and seen for myself that staff seem to simply ignore the phone when it rings its ridiculous! Even the GP surgery staff have told me they are frustrated that they struggle to get through to them. Tesco Hemsworth Pharmacy, there are always 3 plus staff behind the counter , surely one of them could answer the phone occasionally!! One day it could be someone needing urgent help from you.
