        This week was 3rd time Ive been back to this branch since Christmas . Problem with my phone screen jumping about which then turns off Bluetooth , wifi etc , then freezing . This week went in all the guy was bothered about was the fact he was finishing at 4 pm , he told me this 3 times . Reluctantly after he had messed about with the phone ( muttering and mumbling whilst doing so ) and after I had told him the guy the week before had done the same as he was doing , he said I could have another phone . I knew this and had told him that the guy last week said try what hed done to it and if that didnt work to come back . I could pay off the balance of 16 and get a new phone .Hence this weeks visit , This weeks guy then told me they didnt have the model he suggested I had , along came the girl who was taking over from him at 4 , asked if I was being served , I told her the guy was in the stock room. He then came out said they didnt have the phone he suggested and then walked off . On his merry way home I presume . Bad customer service , which I have not experienced in this branch before , always been helpful in the past . In addition to all this the guy was pulling and plucking at his moustache constantly while he was talking to me . Really off putting .
