        I use Cedars family centre for groups such as well being or whose in charge. The ladies who run them are fab and they get some fab people in to talk to you depending on what group you are in so that it is specifically for that session. They make you feel welcoming and comfortable. But if you ever do need to talk privately you always can. Be sure to check out any groups that they have if you feel you are struggling, don't feel your on your own as they can help
