Absolutely awful practice! Avoid at all costs. I originally left this practice due to the staff being rude and lacking the correct empathy and interpersonal skills needed to accommodate patients. I had to come here for a 111 appointment. The dentist I saw spoke to me rudely and rushed my appointment. He didn't clean my broken tooth or even bother to numb it he just stuck a temporary filling over the top of it which has been causing me pain ever since he did it. I put my hand up half way through him sticking it in to let him know it was causing me pain and he just carried on! I am in absolute agony due to his work the filling has not been filed down at all and is scraping on my bottom teeth. I was told that the pain would settle down until the tooth is extracted however if anything it's got even worse I have had persistent tooth ache and nerve pain for days and when the filling touches my bottom teeth it is causing chronic pain. If you dont pay privately for your dental care they don't care about you. The only positive thing I have to say about this entire practice is that the dental nurses were nice... and yeah... that's all. Go somewhere else not here

Been at this dentist a couple year now, they initially tried to save a tooth that was left untreated by another dental practice, wonderful customer service and very welcoming. The whole reception staff are so lovely and will try and help in any way they can.

By giving NHS patients referred by NHS 111 a poor experience and no consideration of disability, ability to pay, or social status, people blame the NHS for a poor service. It's actually a way to force people to pay and change the culture to private dentistry. It's fine if you can afford private dental insurance but commercialism tends towards a lack of regard for more vulnerable people in the community who may not be able to access a dentist and who's health inevitably suffer because it may be unaffordable.
