        Been waiting half an hour for the 8.07, 249 to Upton, it pulled into the bus station at 8.04 emptied out then shut the door and drove straight off without allowing any time for me or anyone else to get on, fuming it wasn't due out for another 5 minutes last time I will be using this bus service angry doesn't even come close

        Bus services can be unreliable. Today buses due to leave Barnsley Interchange at 13.42 and 13.47 didn't turn up. One came into the bus station but left bearing out of service sign without picking up.

        Today we have received a phone call from the owner of Watersons coach company. The Owner of Watersons Coaches Mr Waterson and he apologised for the behaviour of his driver at Skegness Coach park yesterday. I have spoken with Mr Waterson ... Respect. Thank you, Steve, Enterprise Coaches.

        Falling apart need more Drivers better bus not bus what don't on there driver cut out and need stop use big coach on bus routes and need think about passengers and there needs.
