Didn't rebook our dog after puppercuts cancelled as we are still waiting on a answer to when he can be done, takes ages to get a reply if you get do one. Due to the not having our extremely nervous dog cut I cannot comment on his cutting skills but customer service not good at all.

Phoned puppercuts 2 days ago enquiring about their service and to book our dog in for a full groom went straight to voicemail I left a message with my details and asked for a call back, still waiting not impressed pretty lousy customer service would have given zero stars if I could.
