I bought an epoxy primer from this company and had a horrible experience. I have been applying epoxy for 10 years and I have never seen a product of such poor quality. I applied the product correctly, because I am a professional, and it never dried. I waited 3 days for it to It dried, and in the end I had to remove everything, the product looked of poor quality and I had to buy another product from another company. I contacted the company and they replied that they could only give me a discount so that I could buy another product, obviously I did not buy any resin coat product. I hope this helps future buyers

Terrible customer service Returned unwanted product and was collected over 2 weeks ago They reckon refunds take 28days which is insane I cannot see how it takes a month to return a refund any other company is either 3-5 working days or worse way 5-10 working days at very longest Wont be using again

I bought Resincoats Coarse Non Slip Resin Paint. I applied it in accordance with the instrunctions. I have extensive experience with two pack paints. The finished surface was very slippery in the wet despite the coarse grit used. I have had to buy GPR strips from another company to screw down ontop of the non slip paint

Second order for epoxy paint. Excellent product every time. I have to mention the courier company (APC) they use to deliver purchases though is rubbish. Constant missed deliveries despite the fact we asked for collection they try to deliver so we can not collect as item is on the van somewhere in town. All in all 5stars for Resincoat well done but please change delivery partner. Zero stars for your delivery.
