Been using for years and they started to charge 5+ vat for delivery for orders under 100 which was fair. The problem is their telesales Angie usually tells us about price changes and for some reason didn't tell us about it this time round and our order came just about a tenner shy of 100. Didn't even bother to tell us to order more to make it up for free delivery over 100. Delivery came and I'm not happy about the 6 delivery charge. Rang the office and Debbie answered, told us there's nothing much they could do about it. Told me they sent us email weeks before about it which I have NEVER received whatsoever. Told them I will not be paying and not ordering from them again. She said that's fine and just hung up. Excellent 5* service. You just helped your company lose out AT LEAST 6,000-8000 (probably more) worth of business yearly :)

Delivery Drivers bombing over the speed limit through residential areas whilst being on a mobile phone. Today at approx. 10:30 in Wf17 This is the sort of thing that ensures I avoid using companies
