I am so disappointed to have to leave this review because I absolutely love the product this shop sells. Sadly though, I wish they would put as much effort into their customer service as they do sourcing great products. Ordered 4 products on their website on Sunday, it took them until the following Friday to call me to tell me some of the products were not in stock and they were going to refund the whole order that day. They didn't refund the order that day, infact it took them 5 days, 4 phone calls and 4 broken promises that "it would be issued by the end of the day" to get the refund sorted. Called me 2 days later to tell me some of the items had come back in stock and did I want to order them, I said yes. "We'll call you tomorrow to sort it all out" they said. No phone call ever came and after 10 days of messing me around, that will be the last time I order from this company again. Such a shame.
