Bohemian Ink Tattoo & Body Piercing

I had been been to this tattooist twice previously for 2 different tattoos around 8 years ago. However since they have moved to the new location in Hemsby I have booked two different appointments and the service i have recieved is awful. The 1st time I was 5 minutes late and I was turned away when I arrived as I was 5 minutes late. The 2nd appointment was made 2 months beforehand and in the morning before attending my appointment I was asked to go in an hour earlier as a customer had not turned up for there appointment. Then 30 minutes I got another message asking to keep to my original appointment as the customer had turned up 30 minutes late. Then when I got there at my times lot. I saw there a sign saying cash only which again I was not told beforehand or when I booked it so had to find a cash machine to take it out. Which I had to use one from the arcade machines and pay 1.50 to take it out. Then when I went in was told can you come back in an hour the tattooist is still with someone and will be with them for another hour. I told them that I have travelled down especially for this tattoo from Berkshire which is where I live now. The lady apologised and went and spoke to someone in the back when a man came to front and said the tattooist is still with someone doing a chest tattoo which they had decided to make bigger and that you can't stop while doing a tattoo. So not only was the person before me late they also changed the design of the tattoo and the tattooist accepted it. I said I can't come back in an hour as I have plans and have travelled down for this and was not even told. The lady said she lost track of time to inform me. I said i am going to be cancelling my appointment. I felt there was not care there at all and all they wanted was business. Well they have lost me a customer as the service I received was awful. We visited this tattoo shop for the second year running on our holiday this time we had 17 tattoos altogether between the family. I honestly cannot rate bohemian ink enough Mel is such a lovely person and is excellent at what she does she goes above and beyond to help and her daughter is just the same. We will definitely be going back next year
