Failed to turn up to a pre arranged installation date. Failed to return our call after the failed installation date. Initially gave a quote that turned out to be for only 75% of the wonderful system and lighting that Richard described on the initial visit. Zero out of 10 for customer focus. This was all long before lockdown. Richard is the companies house registered director so deciding to operate in this way was purely his choice.
