Excellent cappuccino and ice cream waffle. Nice seating area and the food looked really good.

Went Monday on the first day of holiday and had a really nice burger and some donuts, was really happy with the service. Returned on the Friday and despite days earlier paying with card was told cash only, not "sorry our card machine isn't working today". No attempt to cover the sign showing card payments that they accept. While waiting just as I went to find a card machine that didn't charge (cheapest was 1.25 at Oasis) a pot of sachets of sugar blew over in the wind and went everywhere, leaving my partner to pick them up. They didn't seem bothered by what had happened despite it scattering litter all over the place. Personally I'd have left them but my partner picked them up out of kindness (dozens of packets in the wind was akin to picking golden tickets in the Crystal Dome) and didn't even get a thank you even though it was nothing to do with either of us. Was left feeling like we were in the wrong and that our custom wasn't particularly worthy so I won't be back again next visit. A shame as the lady serving Monday was much nicer.

August 2022 - We bought 3 ice creams here. Flavours were absolutely lovely. The woman who served us got one of the ice cream flavours wrong and when my partner said it was wrong but he'd have it, she said quite huffy that she'd make us another. He said no it's fine he'd enjoy it either way, she seemed really off with us. Not our fault she got it wrong. What happened to service with a smile? Beside this, the ice cream is lovely and the price seemed good.

Staff were rude, unhelpful and look like they would rather be anywhere except there! Serious customer service training needed, wont be returning any time soon. They want people to be nice to their staff! What a joke, they ought to try being nice to the customers that would help!
