To get in contact with this branch is a nightmare, they never answer there phone, I ordered medication over a week ago with the surgery and informed the pharmacy for delivery but am still waiting but cant chase as they dont answer there phone, if you are lucky enough to get through I will say they are a brilliant service

Ive been trying to get in touch all morning from 9am. The phone just keeps ringing until it cuts off. Its urgent I contact them, so that is why Ive given 1 star. They are not providing a good service

On holiday, had my prescription sent to system to collect my prescription from pharmacy, went on on Friday. One item they didn't have (most important one). Was told it would arrive Saturday and to come then. Arrived Saturday, no sign of the medication, was told delivery was late and that it would be ready for today (Monday). This time I called ahead, nobody had ordered the medication and so then they said it would be tomorrow (Tuesday). Absolutely unacceptable, people rely on medication for various reasons and if they cannot get their medication it can lead to several issues including health, mental health and medication withdrawal symptoms. Also the pharmacist on Saturday was rude, impatient and arrogant. Would not recommend this pharmacy to anybody.
