First thing is there is a gateway with the name of the site and sign asking you to report to the office. You turn in through the entrance and drive through static caravans and reach a dead end! The signage is very unclear as the Estate Office is further down the lane and not close to what appears to be the entrance. Staff were friendly. Lady called Jayne talked to me about pitches available. I followed her in her golf buggy whilst she showed me what was available. I stayed in Donna's Nook. This is a personal pitch in a lane similar to where a bungalow out to be. Amazing amount of space and privacy. I was a little concerned of being on grass as we'd had a lot of rain, but I stayed near the edge and it was fine. EHU and partial sea view ..perfect. short walk to the beach or into Hemsby where there were seaside attractions . On site there are toilets, showers, elsan point , launderette and a bar that did reasonably priced food. I didn't stop long as the football was on a large screen and there were big groups of people and I felt a little awkward being a female solo traveller. The staff both in the office and bar were lovely. There is a shop onside, but it was closed as I arrived Sunday afternoon. However there is a Nisa in Hemsby that I walked too. Pleasant chatty gent working there. The new looking cafe in Hemsby was light and airy; but sadly didn't serve hot food or sandwiches so hot chocolate and a cake weren't the healthy lunch I'd planned. The caravan site was lovely. Not too busy with personal pitches and definitely somewhere I would return to if I'm in the area.

Went in july 2021 it was fab so decided to go back as we really enjoyed our stay and the locationis fantastic. Stayed on camp site in van, fields where muddy as expected this time of year and staff happily moved us. Then the owners wife came along with a bad attitude told us we was the problem as we had parked to close thats why we got stuck, then she rudely started moaning about out side tent which we offered to pay extra for (in the end didn't bother putting it up ) showers where absolutely freezing cold. Partner spoke to the owner he said its all on a water boiler once the warm water has gone it's gone. In the end came home a day early.
